Once content has been viewed, downloaded, unlocked and/or accessed all sales are finalized.
Training, Coaching & Tickets Sales are final.
Machines & Equipment Policy
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them.
No refunds are allowed on equipment.
We'll always do our best to take care of training partners
—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably.
Our manufactures' warranty policy lasts 30 days. Your unit will is protected by manufacture's warranty against defects only. Any misuse, drops, falls, water damage, intention or unintentional damage to the units is not covered.
To be eligible for a repair or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any defects must be first documented via video and forwarded to the machine manufacture for review.
Repairs / Exchanges:
Once your machine is approved for a repair or replacement it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your inspection being processed.
Once the machine manufacture approves the repair or replacement you will be duly notified within a certain amount of days.
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us to receive an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels are provided on a case by case bases for defective products only. All return label request will require proof that item arrived damaged or defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
